CARTER'S – APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, AND SLEEPWEAR
Design Direction, Strategy, Product and Graphic Design

CARTER'S KID – APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES (Design Direction / Product & Graphic Design)
Expanded the scope of the Carter's Playwear product offering by extending the age range from 7-8 to age 14. Starting with consumer and trend research, we build a new customer profile for this age-up initiative. Graphics and Silhouettes had to be curated to resonate with an older consumer and also stay true to the brand. Key DTC and wholesale assortments help add over $100 Million in sales for the initial launch year.

SLEEPWEAR – GIRL'S AND BOY'S INFANT / TODDLER / KID (Design Direction)
Promoted to take on additional responsibilities, I provided stability and leadership for sleepwear design. I helped build a better cohesive language between sleepwear and playwear, pushed for new graphic techniques and more efficient ways of working and collaboration between design, merchandising and sourcing. Help increase sales over 6% year over year.

PLAYWEAR – BOY'S INFANT / TODDLER / KID (Design Direction, Product Design and Art Direction)
I helped identify key opportunities to expand the Carter's boy's playwear business, including partnering with key wholesale accounts and bring new, fresh ideas each season. Added new product features such as functional drawcords, novelty decorations, and new washing and garment finishing techniques. Helped establish Carter's playwear as the standard fit across the industry. Enhanced product processes, calendar efficiency and product presentations. Sales expanded considerably, helping the company surpass $2 Billion in sales in FY2011 and over $3 Billion by FY2017.
TREND AND CONCEPT DESIGN
Every seasonal collection starts with conceptual and trend research. I have traveled the globe and have extensive experience translating market and aspirational trends into compelling, on-brand collections and category assortments.
