LEVI'S / PTC - CUSTOM VISUAL BOM APP (Project Management, Design Leadership)
Lead complex project to create a custom visual bom application to enhance users flexplm experience. Partnered with cross-functional teams to gain feedback and map user experience to simplify bill of material entry and make application more intuitive for end users. Leverage data scientists and software engineers to anticipate future needs to allow for ongoing customization.

CARTER'S – ECOMM ENHANCEMENT (Creative Direction, UX Design)
Provided prototypes and wireframes to enhance web and mobile experience for end users. Reduced visual clutter, streamlined image needs to increase load speeds 50% and added key user features such as highlighting safety standards and the ability to see multiple product views at once.

CARTER'S – VISUAL MERCHANDISING / ASSORTMENT TOOLS (Project Management, Digital Lead)
Lead cross-functional teams through a software selection process and digital transformation to move from multiple legacy assortment, planning and merchandising tools to a single digital tool accessible via web and mobile with real time updates. Reduced human error by 60% and reduced timelines needed for teams by 30%.

CARTER'S / PTC - CUSTOM VISUAL LINESHEET / BOM APP (Project Management, Design Leadership)
Created user workflows and captured roadblocks from existing PLM bom and Adobe Linesheet processes to create a new custom enhancement to FLEXPLM that created both a Visual Linesheet and bill of materials with simple image inputs and minimal manual typing. Tool was built in-house and licensed via PTC to other companies.
